The Whitefish Bulldog Football team closes out the regular season at Bigfork, Friday night.
As the regular season comes to a close, the Whitefish Bulldogs will match-up against Bigfork to close things out.
The Dawgs 5-2 (3-1) enter the contest fresh off a road win at Libby while Bigfork 5-2 (3-1) is coming off a shutout against Ronan.
Winner of this game claims the No. 2 seed out of the Northwest A and will get to host a playoff game. Loser is the No. 3 seed and would be on the road to start the playoffs.
Whitefish swept Bigfork a year ago, winning a thrilling game in the 1st round of the playoffs as Carson Gulick flipped into the endzone.
The Dawgs enter the contest undefeated on the road. They are averaging 36.3 points per game while giving up just 11.4.
Bigfork is undefeated at home this season. They can score in bunches too. The Vikings put up 30 a game and have given up just under 13 a contest.
There's a lot on the line as the Dawgs meet the Vikings and to get you ready for this match-up I caught up with Head Coach of the Dawgs, Brett Bollweg, to preview the contest:
