The Whitefish High School Tennis Teams will be taking part in their first tournament this weekend.
Both Tennis Teams boast strong line-ups and bring back a talented core of athletes.
On the girls side, the doubles team of Ainsley Scott and Maggie Mercer were a State Tournament tandem a year ago.
On the boys side, the doubles team of Mason Kelch and Dane Hunt would place 3rd, a year ago, at State.
Jesse Burroughs also made it to State a year ago in Doubles, while his partner Johnny Nix Graduated.

The Whitefish Tennis teams open the season on the road.
On Friday: Both teams are in Ronan with start time at 10am. Later that day they'll be in Bigfork for a 3pm contest.
On Saturday: Both teams are in Polson. They'll face Dillon at 12 Noon and Polson at 3pm. Polson Boys won state last year while the Polson girls took 2nd.
