Whitefish Track Teams Finish Top 5 at C-Falls Iceberg Invite

Both the Whitefish High School Track teams were in Columbia Falls, Saturday, for the Iceberg Invitational.

The Whitefish Boys would come away with a 2nd place team finish.

The Whitefish Girls would come away with a 4th place team finish.

Both Columbia Falls teams would come away with team titles.

And now let's take a look at the top Varsity performers, for the Dawgs, starting on the boys side:

100M- Carson Krack was 3rd with a time of 11.55.

200M- Ryder Barinowski was 5th while Scott Dalen took 6th.

400M- Carson Krack was 1st with a time of 51.75.

800M- Simon Douglas won the event with a time of 2:00.81.

1600M- Ethan Amick was 5th.

110 Hurdles- Carson Gulick won with a time of 17.10.

300 Hurdles- Azure Stolte was 1st with a time of 43.76 while Carson Gulick was 2nd.

4x100 Relay- Whitefish (Preston McPherson, Griffin Gunlikson, Elijah Adams-Griffin, Justus Arterbury) took 3rd.

Pole Vault- Cameron Diehl was 2nd.

Triple Jump- Jordan Harmon was 6th.

And now a look at how the Lady Dawgs performed:

200M- Rachael Wilmot was 3rd.

400M- Hailey Ells was 1st with a time of 1:01.87 while Anna Boysen was 4th.

1600M- Kellie Klepper was 3rd.

100 Hurdles- Hailey Ells won with a time of 16.42.

4x100 Relay- Whitefish (Mila Maddock, Arnica Beale, Grace Inabnit, Hanna Gawe) was 2nd.

High Jump- Norah Schmidt was 2nd while Hanna Gawe was 4th.

Triple Jump- Bailey Smith was 3rd with Norah Schmidt 4th.

Up Next: The Whitefish Track teams have a pair of track meets they will be participating in, this week.

Tuesday, they'll be in Missoula for the Top Ten Meet.

Saturday- Whitefish plays host to their one and only meet this season, the ARM Invite.
