The Whitefish Volleyball team has been busy in the last week.
Over the weekend the Lady Dawgs played host to both Hamilton and Corvallis on Saturday.
Those matches resulted in a split on the day.
Whitefish would come away victorious against Corvallis, winning 3 games to 0: 25-19, 25-22, 25-10.
Against Hamilton, Whitefish would fall 3 games to 1: 18-25, 22-25, 25-21, 17-25.
Following the weekend's action Head Coach Addy Connelly had nothing but positive things to say:
"A great day of growth. The Bulldogs fought hard against Hamilton playing some truly gritty ball. Camry Kelch lead our offense today and served an amazing 16 points in game three against Corvallis. Allie Shors lead our offense well mixing it up for the hitters. Eleanor Archie didn’t let anything hit the floor. An all around great day."
Whitefish Volleyball would then return to action, Tuesday, traveling over to Bigfork for a conference contest.
Bigfork would win the first match of the season between the two teams 3 games to 1.
Following the week's action, Whitefish Volleyball sits at 2-2 on the season, 1-1 in conference play.
Up Next: The Lady Dawgs return to action, Thursday night, playing host to Ronan. Varsity game scheduled to start at 7:15pm.
