The Whitefish Bulldog Baseball team competed in the 2026 Class A-B State Baseball Tournament, the final weekend in May.
The Dawgs brought home some hardware as they took 3rd place.
Whitefish opened Tournament play with a 5-3 loss against Dillon.
Whitefish entered the elimination bracket the following day and bounced back in a big way.
The Dawgs faced-off against Columbus to begin the day and came away with an 11-1 victory.
Later that day they would match-up with Frenchtown and the bats stayed hot as Whitefish downed the Broncs by a final of 8-3.
Whitefish squared off against Billings Central in the 3rd place game. Whitefish was up 6-1 when the game was canceled due to the weather.
Bulldog Baseball officially ends the 2026 campaign with a 16-9 overall record.
