As the Whitefish Bulldog Football team gears up for their first game of the season, one question remains, who's going to be the starting quarterback.
It's been a question on everyone's mind, since last winter.
Will Bear Barker or Luke Dalen start the first game of the season, for the Dawgs.
Both QB's are juniors, have big arms and can command the offense.
These two have been battling it out all summer. Both have gone to camps, both play other sports, heck in baseball Barker's catcher is Dalen.
The two are great friends and that has added to what's been a fun battle.
I had the pleasure of catching up with both of them to talk about the battle and going through the ringer with one another.
One thing's for certain, the Dawgs are in a good spot with both these young men at the helm.
The Whitefish Bulldogs open the season, Friday, as they play host to the Havre Blue Ponies. Kick-off is scheduled for 7pm.
