The Whitefish golf teams are back on the course for another season, and both Bulldog squads have plenty to look forward to in 2026.
The Whitefish girls are coming off a runner-up finish at the Class A State Tournament last fall, while the boys narrowly missed qualifying for state as a team by just one stroke at the Western A Divisional.
Both teams have already gotten off to strong starts this season, with Whitefish competing near the top of the leaderboard at the opening tournaments of the year. Both teams won their most recent tournament, the Hamilton Invite.
With a mix of returning experience and new faces, the Bulldogs are hoping to make another run at the top of Class A.
I had the pleasure of catching up with Seniors Karlee Brown and Mason O'Neil as well as First Year Head Coach Danny Neff to preview the season ahead
The Dawgs will look to be playing their best golf of the year at the end of September, when they compete in the Western “A” Divisional. The Class “A” State Tournament will follow a week later.
