It was Senior Night, Tuesday, as the Whitefish Lady Bulldogs hosted Polson for the final game of the regular season.

With the No. 2 seed all locked up, Tuesday's game was all about the lone senior, Amelia Krezowski.

Krezowski was honored pre game along with the Whitefish Cheerleaders, got her first start of the season, played big minutes, scored and helped push the Lady Dawgs to a big 68-31 victory.

This was a game where wins and losses did not matter for either team. Whitefish is the No. 2 Seed while Polson is the No. 5 seed out of the conference.

Both teams sat starters but still brought the intensity to the hardwood.

The Lady Dawgs opened the game on a 7-0 run but Polson would tie it up at 7-7. The Lady Dawgs would go on another run and led 16-8 after the first quarter of action.

The Lady Dawgs took over in the 2nd quarter, dropping in 18 in the frame and extended there lead to 34-14 at the half.

Whitefish went on a 12-0 run to start the third quarter and cruised to the big victory.

Avery Orme led the way for Whitefish with 18 points. Reese Hudson and Allie Shors dropped in 14 each.

Grace Inabnit had 6 points. Emy Hanson tallied 4. Clair Easterly had 4. Vivian Trieweiler Schmit had 5 and Krezowski had 4 points.

With the win, Whitefish finishes the regular season 13-5 overall, 9-3 in conference play.

The Lady Dawgs are now Divisional Tournament Bound.

They will open tournament play on Thursday March 5th, matching up with Corvallis, the No. 3 team out of the Southwest. That game is scheduled for 12 noon in Hamilton.

As for Polson, they enter the Play-In Tournament. They will host Ronan on Thursday. Winner of that game plays the winner of Libby vs. Browning, on Saturday. Saturday's winner goes to the Divisional Tourney as the No. 4 seed.
